Hello all! I’m here with a super simple strawberry phone charm tutorial today! This tiny charm is one of my favourite quick makes. It’s an easy, beginner-friendly pattern. Perfect for using up yarn scraps to make something cute in an afternoon.

Instructions:
This crochet Strawberry Phone charm pattern is written in US English terms and worked in continuous rounds unless stated otherwise.
Materials needed:
- Sport weight cotton yarn in Red and green colour.
- 2 mm hook.
- Fiberfill for stuffing.
- Yarn needle, stitch marker and scissors.
- Jump rings.
- Eye pins.
- Phone charm strap.
- Some charms, beads of your choice.
- Flat and round nose Pliers
Stitches/Abbreviations:
R – Round/Row.
Ch – chain.
St(s) – stitch(es).
Sc – single crochet.
Hdc – Half double crochet.
Inc – increase ( 2 sc in one st).
Dec – decrease ( sc 2 st together).
slip stitch – slip stitch.
[…] – Repeat the instructions given in between the brackets.
(…) – total number of stitches.

Strawberry:
Fruit:
Using red yarn,
R1: 6 sc in magic ring (6).
R2: Inc x 6 (12).
R3: [ Sc, inc ] x 6 (18).
R4: Sc in each st (18).
R5: [ Sc, inc, sc ] x 6 (24).
R6: Sc in each st (24).
R7: [ Sc, dec, sc ] x 6 (18).
R8: [ Sc, dec ] x 6 (12).
Stuff firmly.
R9: Dec x 6 (6).
Fasten off and leave a long tail. Weave the yarn tail through the front loops of the remaining 6 stitches. Pull tight to close the hole and weave in the yarn tail.
Leaf:
Using green yarn,
R1: 6 sc in magic ring (6).
R2: [ Ch 4, starting in second chain from the hook, sc 3, hdc, sl st to the next st ] x 6
Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing,

Assembling:
Attach the leaf to the strawberry using the remaining yarn tail.
Insert a jump ring at the top.
Attach an eyepin to the jump ring and add in your preferred charms/beads.
Now twist the remaining eye pin to 90 degree using flat nose pliers.
Using round nose pliers, twist the eye pin towards the beads to form a loop.
Attach another eye pin to this loop before closing. Add more beads/charms.
Twist and make another loop using the pliers.
Finally, attach the lobster clasp of the phone strap to the loop.
And your strawberry phone charm is now done!
