Who doesn’t love Pizza?? Today’s post is dedicated to Pizza lovers. This amigurumi Pizza pattern is super quick and easy to make. Add in Ball chain and you’ll have a cute bag charm. This is a great scrap yarn project as it requires only a small amount of yarn. Read below for instructions on how to make this cute amigurumi Pizza.

This Amigurumi Pizza pattern is written in US English terms and worked in continuous rounds unless stated otherwise.

Materials needed:

  • DK weight cotton yarn in yellow, brown, red, green and white colour.
  • 3 mm crochet hook.
  • Polyester Fibrefill.
  • A small amount of black felt.
  • Yarn needle, stitch markers and scissors.
  • Adhesive Glue.

 Stitches/ Abbreviations

  • R – round/ row.
  • Ch – chain.
  • St(s) – stitch(es).
  • Sc – single crochet.
  • Inc – increase.
  • BLO – Back loops only.
  • Sl st – slip stitch.
  • […] – repeat the instructions given in between the bracket.
  • (…) – total number of stitches.

Pattern Instructions:

Pizza:

Using Yellow yarn,

R1: 6 sc in a magic ring (6).                            

R2: Inc in each st (12).

R3: [ Sc, inc ] x 6 (18).

R4: [ Sc, inc, sc ] x 6 (24).

R5: [ Sc 3, inc ] x 6 (30).

R6: [ Sc 2, inc, sc 2 ] x 6 (36).

Fasten off invisibly and weave in the ends.

Switch to brown yarn (Begin R7 with a standing Sc in the first stitch).

R7: [ Sc 5, inc ] x 6 (42).

R8 (BLO): Sc in each st (42).

R9: Sc in each st (42).

R10 (BLO): [ Sc 5, dec ] x 6 (36).

R11: [ Sc 2, dec, sc 2 ] x 6 (30).

R12: [ Sc 3, dec ] x 6 (24).

R13: [ Sc, dec, sc ] x 6 (18).

Stuff firmly with fiberfill and continue to stuff as you go.

R14: [ Sc, dec ] x 6 (12).

R15: [ dec ] x 6 (6).

Fasten off and leave a long tail.

Weave the yarn tail through the front loops of the remaining 6 stitches.

Pull tight to close the hole and weave in the yarn tail.

Pepperoni (make 3 -4):

Using red yarn,

 R1: 8 Sc in a magic ring and sl st to the first st.                          

Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Assembling:

Sew the pepperoni to the pizza.

Cut around 5 small circles from black felt and glue them randomly onto the pizza.

Using green and white yarn, add small straight stitches here and there to mimic herbs and cheese.

Optionally, you can attach a jump ring and ball chain to turn it into a Bag charm.

And your Pizza is now done!
